SEK (Swedish Export Credit Corporation) has for the second time been awarded the prize “Deals of the Year”. The winners have been elected by a jury from one of the industry’s leading publications, Trade Finance Magazine. Of the deals elected “Deals of the Year”, SEK has financed five, all guaranteed by EKN.
- This is a significant exposure for SEK and shows that our customers consider us an obvious partner in export financing, says Kerstin Gedung, Head of Structured Finance at SEK. The award is shared between a number of participants, indicating the importance of cooperation between SEK, the exporting companies and the banks.
SEK has cooperated with several commercial banks in arranging the winning deals.
The “Deals of the Year 2009” awards will be held in London on the 29th of June.
In 2005, SEK was awarded “Deals of the Year” for Volvo’s deliveries to Transantiago, Chile.
