AB Svensk Exportkredit (Swedish Export Credit Corporation) to Transfer Securities from American Stock Exchange to NYSE Arca in Connection with NYSE Euronext’s Acquisition of Amex

Stockholm, Sweden, October 14, 2008 – AB Svensk Exportkredit (Swedish Export Credit Corporation) (“SEK”) today announced that it will transfer the listing of the following securities currently listed on the American Stock Exchange (“Amex”) to NYSE Arca subsequent to the merger between Amex and NYSE Euronext:

  • ELEMENTS Linked to the MLCX Grains Index – Total Return (Symbol: GRU);

  • Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (Symbol: MIS);

  • Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the Nikkei 225 Index (Symbol: NEH);

  • ELEMENTS Linked to the Rogers International Commodity Index - Agriculture Total Return (Symbol: RJA);
