Addnode Group increases the credit facility by Skr 1,100 million to a total of Skr 3,700 million

Addnode Group has entered into an agreement to increase its existing credit facility by Skr 1,100 million to a total of Skr 3,700 million together with AB Svensk Exportkredit (SEK), Nordea, and SEB. The credit facility can be used for refinancing existing loans, acquisitions, and other operational financing. The agreement runs for three years, with an option to extend by 1 + 1 years.

The existing credit facility consists of a term loan and a revolving credit facility. The term loan has been increased to Skr 1,700 million from Skr 1,000 million, and the revolving credit facility has been increased to Skr 2,000 million from Skr 1,600 million. The refinancing has been carried out on more favorable interest terms compared with the previous agreement. SEK has joined the existing banking group, which previously consisted of Nordea and SEB.

“With this credit facility, we can continue to support Addnode Group in their expansion and strategic development. It strengthens the company’s financial flexibility and demonstrates how SEK can provide competitive solutions for Swedish companies with international operations,” says Alexandra Carlbom, Senior Client Executive at SEK.
