Board of directors

Erik Mattsson

Board member

Erik has been a board member since 2025 and is also a member of SEK’s Finance and Risk Committee. He was born in 1981 and holds a degree in business and economics with a specialization in finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Today, Erik serves as an Investment Director and senior advisor at the Ministry of Finance.

His previous positions have included roles in corporate finance, including serving as Head of M&A at Skanska Group. Additionally, Erik has previously been a board member of Arlandabanan Infrastructure AB.

Erik is also involved in other assignments as a board member of Akademiska Hus, Almi, and Apoteket.
