Board of directors

Håkan Berg

Board member

Håkan Berg is a Board member since 2022. He is also Chairman of the Board in SEK’s Finance and Risk Committee and member of the Board in SEK’s Audit Committee. He was born in 1955 and holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University.

Håkan has spent 30 years of his career in Swedbank and was a member of the Group Executive Committee for 15 years holding different positions e.g. head of Stockholm Region, deputy head of Retail Banking, head of Baltic Banking, Chief Audit Executive and Group Chief Risk Officer.

Håkan is also engaged in other assignments such as founder and chairman of Montaro AB. He is also a Board member of ICA Banken AB and AK Nordic AB.
